All diets are created equal but some diets are more equal than others
It is true that Diets come and go but some stay the course. The primary reason for this is that they work. Others become household words due to savvy marketing. Some become household words due to constant mention while some become popular due to a ‘low’ price tag.
Few due to content.
I found a diet that has all the above features and more. A balanced meal is important and if you are a calorie counter like me, numbers and proper nutrition are #1.
What is a diet? As a noun:

I found a diet that while monitoring your calorie intake allows you to enjoy most of the food you like and eating them without guilt.
With this diet you don’t need to cheat. The food is tasty with regular portions. The secret lies in it’s meal composition and offers a full balance.
A water diet it is not!
A salt free diet it is not!
