
The pandemic has been successful in altering our lives and the way we approach living forever. These are a few subtle changes we have made. Some of them are for the better but I’ll let you decide.
- We have become more health conscious ( cleansiness is next to Godliness)
- We have altered the way we worship
- We stay home more (families become closer)
- Eating habits change (take out like Chinese, Pizza & other fast foods thrive )
- Sit down dining suffered due to closures
- The way we communicate with each other has changed ( Zoom etc)
7. Large outdoor events have either been cancelled or postponed
8. The way we shop has changed ( Amazon, EBay , Dropshipping )
The list goes on and on…..
Many may ask, what does Lifestyle have to do with health?
The answer is…. EVERYTHING!
All the above events ( 1 to 8 ) require so form of exercise and I know that you are familiar with the old cliché , ‘ you don’t use it , you lose it ”
